MEDICAL TACTICS

This is a non-shooting course designed to prepare you with the knowledge and skills needed to deal with injuries commonly associated with gunshot and other penetrating trauma.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO IN THE CLASS

Medical Tactics is a two day, non-shooting course designed to prepare the student with the knowledge and skills needed to deal with injuries commonly associated with gunshot and other penetrating trauma.

 This course is built around the non-medically trained end user, although medical professionals will find the course valuable. The purpose of the course is to immediately begin life saving measures and maintain them until the arrival of a higher trained professional.

Students are encouraged to bring their medical kits for a thorough breakdown and evaluation by staff. Students will be briefed on considerations for vehicle, travel, home, business, and every day-personal carry medical kits.

Considerations for field expedient and Mass Casualty events will be discussed.

This course will be all done indoors at the Smith’s home and inside the Terminator.

Cost will include Personal EDC Med Kit and lunch both days.

All Tuitions for Courses and Tutorials are to be paid in full at the time of registration.

CLINT SMITH

Clint Smith, President, and Director of Thunder Ranch® is a Marine Corps veteran of two infantry and Combined Action Platoon tours in Vietnam. His experience includes seven years as a police officer during which he served as head of the Firearms Training Division as well as being a S.W.A.T. member and precision rifleman.


He left law enforcement to serve as Operations Officer for the American Pistol Institute where he was Dean of instruction and was instrumental in range and curriculum development for A.P
