Just like the title indicates, this class focuses on building, refining, and performing advanced shooting skills and their application in a defensive environment. As with all TR classes this course will address the safe application of defensive shooting skills with a significant emphasis on shooting performance and technique development.
The material covered, range tempo and repetitions will keep the students active and engaged for a very full and active three days of shooting. This will be a high round count and high repetition format and as such the course is limited to previous DH1 graduates in good standing and who are actively practicing and putting in legitimate range time on their own. Potential students who have successfully completed equivalent curriculum may apply upon approval.
Please note: If you do not possess a firm understanding of firearm safety as well as the ability to safely perform on-demand the basics of marksmanship, the draw stroke, loading/unloading/re-loading your gun, etc., or you have not practiced or touched your gun since your last class then this may not be the course for you.
